Prasad Gundumogula, 47, is the co-founder of Mondee and has been serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2015. Under his stewardship, Mondee has emerged as a rapid-growth travel technology company and marketplace with a portfolio of globally recognized brands, grown substantially in revenue, and executed some key strategic acquisitions that expanded the portfolio to fuel future growth. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gundumogula served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer of Mondee, where he crafted Mondee's vision, as well as played foundational roles in executing this vision. Prior to Mondee's founding, Mr. Gundumogula was the Founder and CEO of ExploreTrip Inc, where he pioneered a world-class system-based travel technology solution and state-of-the-art content hub platform. Previously, Mr. Gundumogula founded Metaminds Global Solutions, where he created highly scalable logistics systems and Artificial & Business Intelligence based solutions that added value to companies such as Lowe's and Mercedes Benz. Mr. Gundumogula is a seasoned entrepreneur with an excellent track record of founding multiple transformative ventures and nurturing them from startups to multi-millions dollar businesses. Mr. Gundumogula holds a master's degree in computer science from Andhra University.

Orestes Fintiklis will serve as a director of New Mondee. Mr. Fintiklis has served as ITHAX’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2020 and Chairman of ITHAX’s Board since January 2021. He has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality investment and asset management and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ithaca Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment management company. In the past four years alone, Ithaca has acquired and/or asset-managed five hospitality businesses, including the acquisition of iconic and award-winning hotels such as the JW Marriott Panama and W Hotel Bogota (which, in 2021, readers of Condé Nast Traveler voted as the No. 1 best hotel in South America). He oversees all aspects of Ithaca, including sourcing, acquisitions, structuring, strategy, asset management and disposals. Prior to Ithaca, Mr. Fintiklis joined Dolphin Capital Partners in June 2007, and served as a partner from December 2013 to January 2017. Dolphin Capital Partners raised approximately $600 million of equity since June 2007 and raised and invested a total of approximately $1.1 billion of equity since December 2005 into multiple hotels and resorts. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Clifford Chance LLC in London and Brussels from August 2004 to August 2006. Mr. Fintiklis has a bachelor’s degree in law (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University (England), where he graduated first in his class, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with distinction from INSEAD Business School (France). He is a director in multiple hospitality and real estate private companies and is an active member of Young Presidents Organization, a chief executive leadership organization. We believe that Mr. Fintiklis is qualified to serve as a director of New Mondee due to his extensive investment background, experience as an executive, and his global network of business contacts.

Mr. Portillo brings more than 20 years of distinguished global experience, having served as a CFO for both private and public organizations. He held senior finance roles within WPP PLC (NYSE: WPP), a company with over $14 billion of annual revenue, for 18 years, including CFO of multiple subsidiaries across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Before his appointment to the CFO role at Mondee, Mr. Portillo held the position of Global CFO at ThriveDX Digital Skills Training, where he expertly managed the finance function, successfully integrated acquisitions, and developed the finance team from the ground up. Additionally, he led the compliance implementations of controls and procedures, including those required under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2022, and played a key role in the fundraising initiatives of the organization. Before that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ilumno Holdings, a private equity-backed ed-tech company operating 17 universities. Mr. Portillo holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago as well as a degree in business administration from Universidad de Sevilla in Spain.

Yuvraj Datta, 52, has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since 2016. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he was President of SkyLink Travel Group, looking after its global operations. As Mondee’s CCO, he is responsible for commercial strategy and development of the organization. In his current role, he oversees sales, marketing, product development, and technology to drive business growth & market share for all Mondee companies. He has extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations. He has liaised with airlines, technology partners, GDS companies, travel companies, tour operators, and tourist boards. He has been involved as a business head in many IT projects, from conceptualization to implementation. He is a strong believer of Mondee’s core vision of changing the landscape of the travel industry through technology. Mr. Datta has more than 25 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of travel verticals in different segments of the travel industry, and has led multiple implementations globally. Mr. Datta has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Motilal Nehru College at the University of Delhi.

Geetika Gupta's impressive career spans over two decades, during which she has amassed extensive experience in the fields of human resources and talent engagement across multiple geographies such as the United States, India, Singapore and Malaysia. Her expertise includes talent management, leadership development, and organization design and change management. Prior to joining Mondee, Ms. Gupta held the role of Global HR and Talent Lead at Accenture, where she was responsible for leading human resources initiatives for a globally distributed workforce. She also brings the unique experience of working in Accenture Consulting where she led large HR transformation projects for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Accenture, Ms. Gupta worked at NIIT Knowledge Solutions based out of India adding to her international experience.

Miten Mehta serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of AI Solutions at Mondee. He spearheads the transformation of Mondee's customer journeys and digital experiences through its AI platform and marketplace solutions. Mehta's key responsibility is to drive Mondee's marketing strategy and execute innovative go-to-market programs using the APN (AbhI Partner Network) and MAPS (Mondee AI Platform Services) ecosystem to fuel company growth.

With over 30 years of experience as a technology and business leader, Mehta brings a customer-first approach and a revenue-centric mindset to his role. He possesses deep domain expertise in leveraging industry-specific foundation models like large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI & Azure / ChatGPT 4, Google Gemini / Bard / Vertex, and AWS Bedrock, to drive disruptive business and industry models, unlocking value and facilitating growth. Mehta's expertise in crafting personalized customer journeys, utilizing data-driven tactics with AI-powered precision, has consistently delivered measurable ROI and impactful outcomes. He is committed to prioritizing the customer's voice in his strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth plans across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B customer segments.
